PVC Wave Mini are produced using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin combined with selected stabilizers, pigments, and impact modifiers. These materials create a rigid, lightweight roofing sheet with good moisture resistance and protection against chemical corrosion. The closely spaced wave pattern gives the sheets a compact appearance, making them suitable for smaller roofing structures and covered outdoor areas.
The production process involves accurately mixing the PVC compound before feeding it into an extrusion system. Under controlled temperature and pressure, the material becomes a continuous sheet. Precision forming equipment creates evenly spaced, shallow corrugations, maintaining uniform wave dimensions across the roofing surface. Cooling equipment then stabilizes the profile and minimizes unwanted deformation.
After processing, the sheets are cut to the required lengths and checked for thickness, wave spacing, and surface defects. Finished products are arranged in protective stacks for warehouse storage and export transportation, helping maintain their condition during handling and delivery.
