FRP Transparent Tiles are manufactured using unsaturated polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass materials. The resin forms a light-transmitting matrix, while the fiberglass reinforcement improves mechanical strength and impact resistance. UV-resistant additives and protective surface films may be incorporated to reduce weathering and maintain light transmission during outdoor exposure.

Production begins with the preparation of resin, curing agents, and fiberglass reinforcement. The fiberglass is evenly distributed and impregnated with liquid resin through a continuous laminating process. The composite material passes through forming equipment to create the required roofing profile. Controlled heating activates the curing process, transforming the resin into a rigid structure while maintaining the intended sheet shape and surface finish.

After curing, the roofing sheets are cooled, trimmed, and cut to specified dimensions. Quality inspections assess thickness uniformity, light transmission, surface defects, and profile accuracy. Finished sheets are packaged for shipment to industrial roofing, warehouse daylighting, and agricultural construction projects.
